Ride Through the Heart of the Himalayas
The Annapurna Circuit is one of the world’s great mountain bike journeys — a spectacular ride through deep Himalayan valleys, traditional mountain villages, high alpine landscapes, and the legendary Thorong La Pass.
This is an adventure that takes you from the foothills of Nepal deep into the Himalayas, following rugged jeep roads and mountain trails through some of the most dramatic scenery in the country.
From the lush valleys around Besisahar to the high mountains of Manang and the dramatic descent into Mustang, every day brings something different.
The Journey
We begin in Kathmandu before transferring to Besisahar, where the riding adventure starts.
The route gradually climbs through the Marsyangdi Valley, passing waterfalls, forests, traditional villages, and increasingly dramatic mountain scenery.
As we reach Manang, the landscape changes completely. The valleys open up, the air becomes thinner, and the surrounding peaks rise above 7,000 meters.
After a rest and acclimatization day in Manang, we continue toward Thorong Phedi before taking on the legendary Thorong La Pass at 5,416 meters.
From the pass, we descend toward Muktinath and into the Mustang region before continuing down the Kali Gandaki Valley toward Pokhara.
